When we added Inspect animations (default G key) to the game, we loved the way they looked, but always felt like it was a bit of a missed opportunity to not be able to marvel at our melees. But miss no more, because marveling your melee has made its way to modern times, and can be done by holding down the melee key.

Lastly, we have made some changes to the map Starship, giving it some better sight lines and more dueling spaces. This also comes with a few more opportunities to plummet to your death, so get your Wilhelm screams ready!
Version 0.48.5 was a big Shell Shockers update released on August 16th, 2024. This update added new items to the Shop. The new items' cost varied between 250 and 20,000 Golden Eggs. The VIP item for this update was the Dracolich Wings.
