Hydro is a map that was introduced in the February 2024 Update. The map is a unique map, with most of the map being accessible through >1x gravity. Hydro is considered to be a 'tall' map, because of the large waterfall and the pillars from the castle.

Features

Palace

The palace is the central part of this map. It is made out of the pink blocks used in Enchanted and Spellbound. The palace is quite open, and the sniping spots of the map aren't the greatest. Stairs, ladders and jump-pads are scattered across the map, and within the castle building.

Waterfall

The waterfall is probably the most iconic feature on this map. As depicted in the name, is shaped like a waterfall. In low gravity, players can hop off pillars from the palace and reach to the top of the waterfall. If they miss, they have to manually climb the waterfall. This structure is perfect for 'Hide n Seek' as there are many hiding spots. You can go behind it, and drop down a few levels, and hide inside the trees (literally).

Underground Area

Beneath the palace is an underground area. The area locates the bottom stream of the waterfall, and bridges connecting to the castle. The stream from the waterfall, is only accessible with low gravity open. However. you can do a glitch on the gates to end up on the water. Unfortunately, you won't be able to get back onto the path. Only way to get out of the "water" is by despawning or getting killed by an opponent.

Tactics

• The Crackshot and Free Ranger are very powerful weapons in this map, due to the wide view and range, but also due to the fact that Whipper and Scrambler players may find it hard to access certain portions of the map due to some obstacles. If they do end up pushing, it is risky, and Crackshot players may be able to pick them off.
• If you are in red team, it is recommended to spawn kill blue because you can do a lot of kills in certain position like the one showed below.

Trivia

• This is the first map in game, to make the grass an auto-killer. When players touch the grass on the map, they fall through it and end up killing themselves.
  • There is also a sign on the map that says "Keep Off"; indicating that the grass is harmful.
